Not at all sure on how this will turn out.

EDIT: Have completed the beer and kegged. This stuff is GOOD! Very bitter and hoppy. I haven't done a side by side comparison, however this does taste very much like Sierra Nevada's Torpedo Ale. I think this could be a very good substitute if your looking to close this beer.
