2006-07-01 primary fermentation [through year] strange white partial film on carboy. Looked maybe like small/localized infection. One large filmy bubble-cluster. carboy internal ridges definitely have some light sediment.
2006-12-03 gravity sample 1.010 nice. previous funky nose has mostly gone, though it still wants a bit of air. has a sharp alcoholic bite, but a wonderfully mild sweet taste.
2007-03-10 bottled 1.010 similar to previous sampling. "Eneh" response from Audrey. corks soaked for 2 hours with 2..4 crushed Campden tablets.
