2011-01-27 make starter 3.00 l Wyeast 2206, ~3L starter, split across two growlers. Intended to brew 2011-01-30, but didn't; fridge'd starters until 2011-02-04, then removed from fridge, up to ambient kitchen temp. Decanted about half of each growler and added about 1L starter.

2011-02-14 22:18 EST diacetyl rest Diacetyl rest begins (a little late). Removed carboy from fridge, into basement at ~60°F ambient. Will allow to equalize overnight, then raise to 68°F via heat wrap in the morning.
2011-02-15 08:30 EST diacetyl rest 54 f Only up to 54°F in the morning, turned on heater with setpoint of 66°F, differential of 2°F.

2011-05-21 16:00 EDT kegged 5.00 gl 47 f 1.015 Diacetyl lessened. Kegged at ~15 pounds pressure in fridge.
